If you’ve been curious about Aerial Pilates but aren’t sure where to begin, here’s your simple guide to getting started.

1. Find a Certified Instructor – Safety is paramount in aerial training. Choose a studio or instructor certified in Aerial Pilates to ensure proper technique, equipment setup, and progressive learning.

2. Wear the Right Clothing – Opt for fitted, comfortable clothing that covers underarms to prevent fabric burn. Avoid zippers or sharp jewellery that could damage the hammock.

3. Start at Your Level – You don’t need prior aerial experience. Classes can be tailored to beginners, focusing on building strength, confidence, and comfort in the hammock.
