What you'll get:   

Daily class with matching physical movement and mindset tasks

A combination of movement sessions and written mindset tasks. Pre-recordings so you can complete it in your own time.  

  • Week 1 - Preparation Phase (10 mins a day)
  • Week 2 - Growth Phase (20 mins a day)
  • Week 3 - Transformation Phase (30 mins a day)

Just like a caterpillar needs a safe space to transform into a butterfly, you too need to create a nurturing environment for your growth and development. We explore how you can build your own cocoon to support your journey towards transformation.
