This is a 4 week block of Pilates Props classes, it's great introduction to new and familiar Pilates props each week.
You'll be able to ask questions about the work and your technique. A mix of 4 different amazing Pilates props.
Week 1: Pilates matwork & flexband
Week 2: Pilates Matwork & small soft ball
Week 3: Pilates matwork & foam roller
Week 4: Pilates & the aerial hammock
